Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and identify AI opportunities for transformative value
Facilitate scoping workshops, including process and systems mapping, value calculations, and lightning talks on customer stories with technical overviews
Run high-quality narrative-driven and technical demonstrations of Peak’s end-to-end platform and applications
Provide support in shaping enterprise architecture considerations for proposals with technical personas like CIOs and CDOs
Create technical scoping documents outlining scope of work, delivery timeline, degree of customization, and delivery plan
Bring the product to life with demos for both technical and business stakeholders
Develop proposals for AI applications (e.g., Customer, Pricing, and Inventory Intelligence) that meet customer business objectives
Support the sales team in developing compelling commercial propositions, proposals, and business cases
Work closely with Peak’s partner ecosystem to develop co-selling motions
Build robust business cases and value calculations that withstand CFO scrutiny
Research and stay up-to-date on latest AI technologies and best practices, provide recommendations for customer applications, and position as a thought leader online and in person
