  • Hospital/Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience attending sales events and trade shows

Responsibilities

  • Secure new business including prospecting for hospital/healthcare clients, understanding prospect needs, crafting the pitch experience, scoping and contracting, project-managing deal progression, and aligning the internal pursuit team
  • Earn trust with prospective clients by personifying the brand compellingly and consistently throughout the sales experience (virtual meetings, in-person pitches, marketing events)
  • Lead with a consultative, relational approach: establish, grow, and maintain C-level relationships across multiple organizations
  • Quickly uncover and understand customer’s business structure, challenges, and opportunities, demonstrating strong business acumen
  • Partner with digital strategy organization on strategic recommendations solving client needs in strategy, channels, platforms, approach, and budget
  • Sell professional services and digital marketing services to hospital/healthcare clients, translating complex digital and technology solutions for executive-level and non-technical stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed personal targets for pipeline growth, deal age, and new business revenue
  • Understand Fathom’s value proposition and client work across digital channels (SEO, paid media, social media, marketing automation, content, creative, analytics/marketing intelligence)
  • Drive progression of opportunities through the pipeline: proactively uncover new opportunities, nurture contacts from marketing and partner efforts
  • Manage operational functions of the sales process: qualification, discovery, strategic recommendations, design and coordination of approvals for Statements of Work and RFPs internally/externally
  • Increase deal velocity by deploying strategies to overcome objections, navigate buying committees, and position value of professional services
  • Report on all sales-related activities in CRM system
