The Solutions Architect will engage in pre-sales opportunities, consult with potential customers to understand their data challenges, and own the technical aspects of sales opportunities by delivering tailored demos of dbt Cloud. Collaboration with Account Executives and maintaining relationships with technical stakeholders are key. The role also involves contributing to internal process improvements and acting as the voice of the customer for product discussions.
The Solutions Architect will spend the majority of their time on pre-sales opportunities, consulting with potential customers to understand their data challenges and identify how dbt Cloud can bring value. They will own the demonstration of technical and business impact by delivering tailored demos and providing expert guidance. Collaboration with Account Executives, maintaining ongoing relationships with technical stakeholders, and partnering with internal teams to improve processes and represent the voice of the customer are also key responsibilities. Additionally, they will contribute to creating and delivering external-facing content through various channels.
