6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer) within fintech, SaaS, or technology startups
Proven experience in enterprise presales, product/engineering sales, and technical consulting

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise clients, translating business goals into robust, scalable architectures
Serve as the technical expert in sales engagements, delivering product demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and technical presentations
Oversee and guide API integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between client systems and Airwallex’s platform
Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to inform product development and strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quarterback deals, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across all stakeholders
Educate clients on AI and fintech capabilities, articulating how our solutions can drive business transformation
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards in all solution designs
