Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Clinical Laboratory Science (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or clinical laboratory industry
  • Strong understanding of chemistry and immunoassay principles, analytical techniques, and laboratory workflow
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging both scientific and commercial audiences
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 40–50%) for customer training and support
  • Experience managing distributor networks or indirect sales channels (preferred)
  • Knowledge of diagnostic regulatory and quality standards (e.g., CE-IVD, ISO 13485, local MOH requirements) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with automation platforms for chemistry and immunoassay systems (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage (preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Chemistry and Immunoassay product portfolio, including instruments, reagents, and automation systems
  • Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, including product launch, training, performance monitoring, and discontinuation
  • Provide technical and scientific support to the commercial and distributor teams, including product demonstrations, customer presentations, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct market analysis and voice-of-customer studies to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, operations, and service teams to ensure commercial readiness and product compliance
  • Support sales and tender processes by preparing technical documentation, product specifications, and value-based arguments
  • Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams, distributors, and customers to strengthen product knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory managers, biomedical engineers, and key decision-makers in hospitals and diagnostic centers
  • Represent the company in scientific conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote product awareness and collect market feedback
