Requirements

Candidates must possess over 6 years of experience managing and coordinating clinical trials in a project management or clinical operations role. Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, the drug development process, and clinical monitoring procedures is essential. Experience in leading and line-managing a team, study start-up, closeout, EC/IRB applications, and using various clinical trial software is required. Experience with multi-site and IND/CTIMP trials is also necessary, with previous startup/biotech experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Trial Manager will lead and manage clinical trial programs, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with high quality standards. They will serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, manage project partners' activities, and oversee project information maintenance and progress tracking. Responsibilities include ensuring inspection readiness, developing project plans, directing project support staff, mentoring team members, and developing contingency and risk mitigation strategies. The role also involves managing a team of clinical operations professionals, facilitating training, and collaborating with tech, product, and quality management teams to enhance trial technology and develop standard operating procedures. Additionally, they will contribute to clinical strategy and support business development efforts.
