Requirements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce for lead management, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Understanding of pre-sales processes and collaboration with sales/technical/delivery teams
  • Familiarity with AI products and ability to provide recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash products/assets to customers
  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
  • Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects
  • Create compelling demos and deliver to customers and prospects
  • Create and modify Proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses with the delivery team
  • Maintain and update lead management, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Act as liaison between sales and technical teams for efficiency and improvements
  • Learn about Salesforce, Einstein, and AI products; provide recommendations to customers and teams
  • Collaborate with delivery on project scope, estimates, and pre-sales processes
  • Provide customer feedback to product management for portfolio advancement
  • Ensure the highest level of customer experience
  • Drive innovation in Amazon Connect, Salesforce capabilities, and AI with relevant teams
