Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or a related role. A strong understanding of AI Recruiting principles and practices is required, along with experience with AI-powered enterprise software solutions, preferably in the legal or contract management space. Responsibilities

The Solution Consultant will leverage in-depth product knowledge of AI Recruiting and solution consulting experience to showcase Workday's HiredScore toolset. They will act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing deep functional expertise throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include delivering technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars, assisting in sales opportunity closure, contributing to prospect qualification, demo criteria, proof of concept system builds, and sales cycle closure plans, supporting sales and marketing objectives, assisting sales in responding to RFIs/RFPs, and building trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
