Requirements

Partner with GM and sales leadership to develop and execute a regional engineering strategy in alignment with the Trace3's overall vision and objectives
Manage and optimize engineering operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing architectural engineering team
Work with the regional engineering and sales teams to bring new, regionally relevant offerings to market
Ensure our regional relevance with select partners through engineering excellence
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of regional engineering projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Drive technological innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering function, promoting the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies
Develop and manage the regional engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control
