The Solution Architect will drive the commercial success of Connected Care products by providing subject matter expertise to the Commercial organization and collaborating globally to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities include working with local Connectivity specialists to standardize approaches, ensuring consistent customer experiences, and enabling scalable operations. The role involves conducting architect assessments and technical due diligence for commercial processes and customer implementations, preparing pre-sales documentation, owning and driving project governance for successful implementation, leading requirements analysis sessions, evaluating and proposing solutions, identifying and mitigating risks, understanding business drivers, and creating training programs. Additionally, the architect will assess innovative processes and technologies to support future markets and contribute to the R&D roadmap.
