Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience building applications on development platforms, with a preference for 2 years of strong Application Development on the ServiceNow platform. A passion for AI and emerging technologies, demonstrated by self-driven learning and staying ahead of trends, is essential. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required.
The Solution Architect will oversee the design of AI-native systems, ensuring technical excellence and business relevance. They will interact with customers and prospects to understand business needs, create and own programs to demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform within Federal environments, and provide mentoring and training to peers. Responsibilities also include performing product demonstrations, scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements, staying current on product developments, supporting marketing events, and understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products, including regulations, business drivers, and compliance/security. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems in the Federal government sector.
