Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience (professional & technical skills specify 12-15 years total, with 10 years in various SDLC roles and minimum 4 years in SFDC)
Techno-Functional knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem
Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Apex, Process Builder
Knowledge of Salesforce modules like Sales, Service, CPQ, FSL, Einstein, Health Cloud or ecosystem products like Vlocity, Veeva
Good concepts on Salesforce integration and data migration
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to independently perform all essential functions with minimal guidance
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders onshore and offshore
Previous experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Architect role with Technical Solution shaping
Must-have skills: Solution Architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud
15 years full-time education (Bachelor/Masters university degree in Technology, Engineering/MBA)

Responsibilities

Technical Solution Shaping and Pre-Sales for deals and opportunities
Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, high-level solution shaping
Pre-sales work including road-mapping, implementation plan, staffing, costing, and financials
Conduct peer reviews and reviews with leadership
SME services for Salesforce technology, participate in discovery and requirement gathering exercises
Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform
Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions that underpin client value proposition and business case
