Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of technology and services marketing experience
  • Minimum 15 years of budget and financial management skills for overall marketing budget
  • Minimum 15 years of Life/Annuity industry knowledge
  • Minimum 15 years technology marketing management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyers
  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature releases
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with product management on roadmap prioritization based on market demand
  • Enable the sales team with collateral, training materials, and case studies
  • Create and manage content such as white papers, blog posts, presentations, and web copy
  • Track and report performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and product adoption
  • Partner with marketing operations to maintain data accuracy and optimize campaign workflows
  • Define overall marketing plan and budget requirements
  • Manage all Industry conference exposures and participation
  • Manage all analyst industry RFX coordination and briefings/messaging
  • Drive and ensure strong content marketing: Blogs, social media, A.com
  • Drive and ensure strong communications programs: internal and external
  • Manage all annual client conferences and programs including CAB, C-SAT, ACLI ERT, Client conferences, and others
