Responsibilities

  • Learn how to install, use and set-up the various components of VIP Solution Packages and Software
  • Successfully understand VIP Software with the knowledge to install and train at VIP customer sites
  • Perform preparatory data conversion and hardware set-up as part of installation
  • Provide on-site support and customer service to existing customers, including troubleshooting issues
  • Emphasize training components during on-site support
  • Manage on-site software upgrades
  • Communicate with the Software Support Team
  • Provide feedback to various Development Teams
