Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in modern web development languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, and C# .Net Core is required, alongside strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and the AWS cloud platform. Experience with relational databases like MySQL and ORM frameworks, as well as familiarity with DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, providing mentorship and performance feedback, designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications, and participating in code reviews. They will also collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to plan and deliver projects, drive agile processes, lead architectural decisions, implement best practices for testing, work cross-functionally with other teams, identify and mitigate technical risks, and continuously improve codebase, tooling, and development processes.
