Requirements

  • Own observability and reliability for CAV integrations end to end, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance
  • Collaborate with Security, Privacy, and Brand Marketing to deliver secure, performant, and consistent multi-surface experiences
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers to drive technical excellence and growth
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture centered on learning and innovation
  • Strengthen communication and alignment between engineering, product, and design
  • Identify and implement productivity and process improvements across the development lifecycle
  • Partner with product and design teams to define and deliver impactful features for creators
  • Engage with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that align with strategic goals
  • Communicate technical trade-offs and insights clearly to leadership
