Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year of experience leading engineering teams. A proven track record of shipping software to large enterprise customers is required, along with experience contributing to or leading open-source projects. A deep technical foundation in Linux, Kubernetes & containers, at least one major public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and IP networking & HTTP fundamentals is essential. Experience with Go, Postgres, gRPC, Typescript, React, Vite, Kotlin, Prometheus, Grafana, and GitHub Actions is also highly valued.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead, coach, and grow a team of 5-10 software engineers. Your responsibilities include translating product vision into technical roadmaps, driving end-to-end execution, and maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and performance. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to prioritize customer impact and remain hands-on by reviewing pull requests, debugging production issues, and prototyping solutions.
