Responsibilities

Design, build, ship and maintain scalable features for North, our AI workspace platform
Take end-to-end ownership of features — from initial design and planning, through implementation, testing, and delivery
Apply your expertise to deliver at speed, making practical technical decisions that balance velocity with depth and quality
Collaborate closely across teams, maintaining high standards for communication, documentation, and testing
Contribute across the stack—from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure—to develop new features, fix bugs, and optimise performance
