Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and at least 3 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment. Strong proficiency in Python is required, along with experience in frameworks used for LLMs and agents such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, and OpenAI APIs. Experience deploying containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm is also necessary, as is familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architectures. A solid understanding of API design, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems is expected, along with the ability to independently lead and deliver technical projects.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain production-grade software systems that integrate Large Language Models and autonomous agent frameworks into SaaS products, collaborating closely with product managers, ML engineers, and platform teams to deliver intelligent, user-focused solutions. They will architect and implement APIs, services, and tools for deploying LLM-powered applications, evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools, contribute to engineering best practices, and drive experimentation to explore new agent behaviors and AI-driven features. Furthermore, they will ensure security, privacy, and compliance requirements are upheld within all deployed systems.
