Requirements

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience developing scalable SaaS applications in fast-paced environments, with deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and Kafka. A strong grasp of microservice architecture and event-driven systems is essential, along with proven experience leading large-scale engineering efforts and excellent communication and mentoring skills. Familiarity with AWS, React, and Typescript is a plus, as is experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

The Staff Full Stack Software Engineer will architect and deliver end-to-end features and platforms across supply chain and ordering systems, leading high-complexity projects and influencing technical direction. They will build and evolve scalable APIs and microservice infrastructure, act as a mentor and technical guide for engineers, and partner with stakeholders to shape outcomes. The role also involves championing engineering excellence through testing, documentation, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
