Requirements

  • 2+ years in full-stack engineering with experience in cloud-based systems/services
  • Advocate of TDD and CI/CD, able to drive engineering practices across teams
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset, willing to provide input in technical discussions, help teammates, and give quality feedback in code reviews
  • Experience independently navigating uncertainty and ambiguous work, identifying pragmatic solutions balancing quality, consistency, and customer value

  • Lives near offices in Lincoln, Omaha, or Lexington (preferred), or remote in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin, or Dallas

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team (Engineering, Quality, Product, Design, Scrum) to build products for elite North American sports (American football, basketball, ice hockey, soccer)
  • Deliver full-stack features, iterating rapidly and deploying changes hundreds of times a day
  • Propose new solutions to technical challenges and provide guidance to less experienced engineers
