Requirements

2+ years in full-stack engineering with experience in cloud-based systems/services
Advocate of TDD and CI/CD, able to drive engineering practices across teams
Collaborative, team-first mindset, willing to provide input in technical discussions, help teammates, and give quality feedback in code reviews
Experience independently navigating uncertainty and ambiguous work, identifying pragmatic solutions balancing quality, consistency, and customer value
Curiosity, with ability to pick up new technologies and domains on the job, energized by working across stack layers and multiple products
Lives near offices in Lincoln, Omaha, or Lexington (preferred), or remote in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin, or Dallas

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional team (Engineering, Quality, Product, Design, Scrum) to build products for elite North American sports (American football, basketball, ice hockey, soccer)
Deliver full-stack features, iterating rapidly and deploying changes hundreds of times a day
Propose new solutions to technical challenges and provide guidance to less experienced engineers
