Responsibilities

Drive strategy and execution across compute, networking, and resource orchestration for scalable, reliable, secure platform serving 100M+ users
Handle container orchestration, cloud cost efficiency, resilience, global expansion, compliance, and performance
Build next-generation self-service platform, partnering with product engineers for rapid, reliable deployments with guardrails, reducing friction for hundreds of developers
Maintain high-quality bar for all team shipments
Lead operational excellence: guide through high-severity incidents, eliminate observability gaps, improve incident response, uphold reliability standards
Participate in sustainable on-call rotation and shape Notion’s reliability culture
