🧠 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate: Work closely with diverse teams (Operations, Marketing, Tech, Customer Support) to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Build & Innovate: Design, prototype, and develop internal tools and MVPs, ranging from internal dashboards to smart process automations, to optimize processes and improve customer experiences.
• Develop: Utilize your backend skills in Python, JavaScript/Node, or Ruby to build services, automate tasks, integrate with internal/external APIs, and work with SQL databases.
• Iterate: Identify opportunities, pitch and test ideas quickly, and refine solutions based on user feedback.

🎯 What You’ll Need to Thrive

• Backend Programming Experience: Solid experience with Python, JavaScript/Node, or Ruby, gained through personal projects, bootcamps, internships, or early career roles.
• Technical Foundation: A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
