Responsibilities
- Product Development: Building and maintaining products and the platform on top of cutting-edge voice models.
- End-to-End Ownership: Taking ownership of shipping features across the front and back ends of the product suite.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to understand and design solutions for customer and internal team needs.
- Proof of Concept Development: Scoping and building proof of concept products, potentially directly with customers.
- Product Improvement: Improving existing products for intuitiveness, power, and innovative use of research breakthroughs.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintaining and strengthening internal infrastructure as the company scales.
- Flexibility: Significant flexibility in staffing engineers across the company, with a focus on matching engineers with their strengths and interests.
