Requirements

5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer building high-scale customer-facing products
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
Proficiency with tech stack: TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Angular, React, React Native, AWS, Docker, Serverless
Experience building web apps, mobile apps, or cloud-hosted services using modern technologies
Experience utilizing lean and agile methodologies to ship code daily
Active listener with strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) and ability to influence
Effective and efficient problem solver who works through ambiguity, develops solutions, and executes well
Strong business acumen, effective at navigating roadblocks and driving team success

Responsibilities

Acts as team lead for a small cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and testers delivering software solutions
Focus on utilizing lean startup techniques to build world-class products
Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
Write high-quality code and unit tests
As part of a cross-functional team, engineer solutions across the technology stack, including web, mobile, and back-end
Partner with product owners and design peers to take advantage of new technologies and continuously deliver value to the organization
Directs time for team; delegates as needed; provides guidance and direction to team members
Leads relationships with key stakeholders and provides connections across business to achieve desired outcomes
Drives change at the team level and across teams
Team leader and advocates for team to ensure success; develops trust-based relationships
Seeks individual and team feedback to support ongoing development and performance of self and others
