Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in Deployment Management
Proficiency in Deployment Management (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues effectively
15 years full-time education
Project management skills (preferred)
Experience building large deployment plans (2+ years, preferred)
Strong communication skills
Experience managing large teams (preferred)
Experience with SAP deployments (preferable)
Experience with Blue Yonder deployments (preferable)

Responsibilities

Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle
Collaborate with various teams to ensure software meets client requirements
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities
Oversee implementation of solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
Engage in problem-solving activities aligned with best practices and industry standards
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of software solutions
Build and own deployment plans for Releases 1c, 2(A&B), 3, 4 (including mock plans and technical cutover steps)
Coordinate multiple teams (onshore and offshore) to develop and execute deployment plans
Communicate with client deployment counterparts to align with business deployment plans
Identify risks and issues impeding deployment plans
Execute steps to mitigate risks and issues to closure
Escalate challenges preventing mitigation/resolution to the overall Release Lead
