  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions

  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
  • Guide the team in best practices and innovative approaches to software development
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning
  • Ensure software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently
