Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in a computer related field or equivalent relevant experience
4+ years of software development experience in a development team using Python, Java or any other OO/FP languages
Familiarity with modern developer tools & practices (Kanban, Agile)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
Experience with BDD/TDD and QA automation
Knowledge of architecture & design patterns
General Linux and CLI familiarity
Appreciation for the value of diverse ideas in coming up with innovative solutions

Use Kanban methodologies to develop software

Put customers first by working closely with Product Management to ensure delivery of valuable solutions
Design and develop tools to help customers adopt Workday features by enabling easy and reliable movement of data and configuration objects into Workday environments using modern technologies and platforms
