Requirements

1-3 years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or customer success (preferably for an enterprise SaaS product)
Technical knowledge of programming languages like MySQL, JavaScript, PHP, or experience with APIs is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites, industry events, and conferences
Fluency in Japanese and English language is required, additional languages is a plus

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure Minitab Connect/Real-Time SPC for customers, ensuring seamless onboarding
Deliver training sessions to educate users on best practices and effective utilization
Support customers by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing their experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance customer success
Develop and refine technical documentation, product guides, and training materials
Analyze and improve deployment processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
