Responsibilities

  • Edits short-form videos, reels, and dynamic social clips that match platform trends and speak natively to our audiences.
  • Repurposes blog posts, webinars, and longer-form content into social-native formats that feel made for the feed (not just trimmed down).
  • Crafts memes, lo-fi visuals, and motion graphics using in-house templates and assets; focused on speed, impact, and shareability.
  • Jumps on timely opportunities (e.g. prod feature launches, speaking moments, cultural trends) to quickly package content for maximum reach.
  • Collaborates closely with copywriters and social leads to shape cohesive, creative, and scroll-stopping content drops across social platforms.
  • Obsesses over what works natively on each platform and isn’t afraid to test, remix, or lean into what’s trending.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in social video or digital creative for tech brands.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of YT shorts, Reels, and social-native editing styles.
  • Obsessed with testing, iterating, and riding the edge of platform trends.
  • Ability to collaborate with copywriters and channel managers in real-time.
