Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and produce high-quality social media content for B2B and thought leadership initiatives, primarily on LinkedIn, including compelling copy, visuals (graphics, short-form video), and optimization for professional networks
  • Serve as subject matter expert on LinkedIn, understanding algorithms, best practices for organic reach and engagement, and innovative formats for C-suite, leadership, and technology audiences
  • Collaborate with editorial team to transform long-form content (articles, reports, white papers, podcast excerpts) into snackable, shareable social assets
  • Execute high-level social strategy set by Director, Social Strategy & Programming, applied to B2B and thought leadership content
  • Actively monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and discussions on LinkedIn and other professional platforms in a professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in B2B social media, professional content marketing, and platform updates (especially LinkedIn), identifying opportunities for new formats or approaches
  • Monitor and report on performance of B2B social content using analytics tools, providing insights for future optimization
  • Provide social media support for internal stakeholders, executive profiles, and specific B2B campaigns
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style, and legal guidelines
