Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout)
Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) are a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passionate, self-starter, confident, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance creativity and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Lead and execute a comprehensive social media plan across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video, and graphics) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Manage and grow online communities, engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering brand loyalty
Monitor trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Work collaboratively with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency across all channels
Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in social media
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to support sales channels, employer brand, sustainability, product campaigns, and charity events
Develop Content Plan through to Execution and Performance Tracking
Demonstrate high-performance behaviour, leading by example
