Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in social media and influencer marketing, either agency or client-side. A strong understanding of India's KOF Short Format Video Ecosystem, SFV influencers, and cutting-edge social and marketing trends is essential. Proficiency in project management, data-driven optimization, managing multiple projects and budgets in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills are required. Experience with social analytics and monitoring tools, strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for AI and new technologies are also necessary.
The Social Media Manager will own the social marketing mandate, overseeing campaign management and Go-To-Market strategy for breakthrough moments and Shorts marketing activations in India. This includes briefing and collaborating with agency partners and influencers, aligning with internal marketing and business teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities also include analyzing initiative successes and failures, socializing learnings, managing community engagement, informing paid media strategies, experimenting with new opportunities, and communicating key trends or potential brand crises on social media to internal teams.
