Requirements

3+ years social media / marketing / coordination experience
Exposure to established social media management tools & technologies
Experienced with listening and monitoring platforms (e.g. Hootsuite)

Responsibilities

Develop and manage large social media campaigns to fuel the growth of existing social media channels
Create new ideas and concepts for fresh social media content
Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
Coordinate social media management to align with large projects, events, community management, and more
Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia visual briefs to support social media content and communications
Analyse and report the success of social media projects by implementing social media monitoring tools such as community engagement, content performance, and other KPIs
Work with marketing team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
Be the first point of contact in our social media communities: supporting and responding to members; monitor social listening on daily basis and escalating when needed
Report directly to the PR & Brand Manager, proposing and implementing best social media practices across all social channels
