Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of Candy Crush’s organic social strategy, ensuring each channel grows in reach, engagement, and brand relevance
  • Plan, brief, and publish platform-native content that reflects Candy’s brand personality and resonates with our global player community
  • Manage the social content calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and aligned execution across brand, game, and campaign priorities
  • Lead the planning and execution of always-on social content as well as collaborating with Brand, Comms, Product Marketing and CRM teams to deliver high-impacted, integrated social activity that amplifies campaign performance
  • Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and player insights to identify opportunities for timely, creative, and relevant storytelling
  • Analyse performance data and player insights to optimise content and guide future creative direction
  • Partner with in-house creative teams, creators, and agencies to deliver high-quality, engaging social content
  • Test and adopt new tools, formats, and platform features to drive innovation and keep Candy Crush’s social presence ahead of the curve
  • Uphold Candy Crush’s brand standards across every post and channel, ensuring consistency, quality, and creative excellence
