Requirements

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and advertising, particularly within the technology sector
  • Experience managing organic content and paid campaigns that build brand advocacy
  • Experience effectively managing an account, following processes and ways of working internally, with agency partners, and with clients
  • Ability to manage two small local teams, ensuring alignment with the global strategy and facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Ability to work closely with a global network, coordinating efforts and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all regions

Responsibilities

  • Build and create productive client relationships with junior and mid-level clients throughout the delivery of projects, clearly communicating and managing expectations
  • Proactively consider how actions will affect clients; responding quickly to meet client’s needs, resolve problems; avoid over-commitment
  • Understand the importance of account ‘admin’ - issuing contact reports etc
  • Act as the client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance with insight into marketing, best practice and performance, providing opinions about the brief and the work and being keen to contribute
  • Have a solid understanding of process and proactively manage projects – facilitating conversations between team members and considering how we can make the work even better at each stage
  • Increasingly be able to see the work we do in its strategic context – how and why it answers a business problem and how it connects to the bigger picture
  • Provide opinions about the brief and the work and be keen to contribute – clearly valuing the quality of the work over a pure focus on process
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive strategies tailored to their objectives, target audience, and budget
  • Manage the curation and development of content
  • Ensure content is performing and effective on an on-going basis, leaning into the data team
  • Comfortably take responsibility for successful delivery of the projects assigned, with light supervision
  • Manage campaigns throughout the year, collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver best-in-class advertising campaigns and content
  • Drive marketing and advertising efforts across a global network for a high-profile international B2B tech client
