Requirements

Candidates must hold a MOCoPA certification within the last 2 years and be able to provide evidence, possess Gas Safe certification (CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 or equivalent), have a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points, and be comfortable working on call and Saturdays every 5 weeks.

Responsibilities

The Smart Meter Engineer will be responsible for fitting smart meters, demonstrating meter and in-home display functionality to customers, explaining energy-saving benefits, answering customer questions about renewable energy, representing Octopus Energy’s brands in customers’ homes, and supporting the team with administrative tasks and continuous process improvement.
