Requirements

Candidates must possess a Secret Clearance and have experience as a functional and process expert within CRM and Industry Workflows. Experience with ServiceNow products and best practices, including AI offerings like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, and Generative AI, is required. Familiarity with process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis is also necessary. The role requires the ability to guide customers in leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and to own support of key customer process owners and SMEs.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Process Consultant will act as the functional and process expert, guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for ServiceNow Customer and Industries products. Responsibilities include leading customer design workshops, defining and re-engineering processes, conducting gap analysis, and obtaining business requirements from SMEs. The consultant will also draft user stories, define acceptance criteria and testing strategies, support internal unit testing, drive customer unit and user-acceptance testing, and prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on process. Collaboration with engagement managers to monitor scope and resolve technical issues is also part of the role, with up to 50% travel annually.
