Requirements

Candidates should have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, and Mid-servers, is required. Familiarity with AI offerings like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, and Generative AI is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Consultant will act as a technical expert on the ServiceNow platform, advising customers on leveraging configurations to achieve business outcomes. Responsibilities include educating the ServiceNow community through white papers, supporting customer-specific process definition and gap analysis, and leading design workshops. The role involves guiding customers through ServiceNow capabilities, drafting and reviewing user stories, performing hands-on development, and overseeing development processes for partner resources. Additionally, the consultant will prepare customer-facing deliverables, manage multiple complex projects, lead continuous improvement practices, support sales activities, and provide training and mentoring to team members and partners. Up to 50% travel may be required.
