Experienced in supervising operations at air separation facilities producing gaseous oxygen (O2 or GOX), nitrogen (N2 or GAN), and hydrogen (H2)
Comprehensive understanding of site operations and maintenance activities
Effective communication and strong organizational skills
Ability to learn the operation of CO2 plants in the area and assist as needed
Ability to drive operational excellence through clear communication, effective workload management, and respectful interaction with support teams
Ability to understand the broader picture and consider implications of decisions

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day plant operations, including customer and business interface, safety and environmental compliance, and maintenance budgeting
Manage the site’s Basic Safety Process and Process Safety Management, focusing on achieving 0 injuries
Ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Air Products Corporate and Governmental Regulations
Understand safe operating, design, and permit limits
Support all aspects of day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting plant process problems, supervising daily plant activities, and managing plant projects
Identify maintenance concerns, develop and implement corrective measures with the maintenance team, and carry out site preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity programs
Implement and share best practices
Investigate incidents and near misses
