Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Site Reliability Engineers to focus on security across our entire Radar infrastructure, which handles 1 billion API calls per day.

  • Our engineering team comprises individuals with significant technical expertise, often former technical co-founders or interns from prestigious institutions like Waterloo and CMU.
  • Engineers typically possess deep expertise in a specific technology stack or demonstrate a "Multi-Stack" capability, meaning they are willing and able to work across various domains including frontend, backend, mobile, and data engineering. A desire to learn and adapt is highly valued.
  • We prioritize rapid development and direct customer engagement. While committed to our product vision of full-stack location infrastructure, we actively incorporate customer feedback to guide our development.
  • Collaboration is key. While Slack is our primary communication tool, in-person interaction at our NYC HQ facilitates efficient progress. We conduct weekly planning sessions in small groups and utilize Linear for project management.
  • All projects are led by an Engineering lead, an executive, and a Go-to-Market lead.
  • Engineers are empowered to define product direction, engage directly with customers and prospects, assist in closing deals, and ensure customer success.
