Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and ideally have 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Go. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is also essential, as is a solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles.
As a Site Reliability Engineer at Pano AI, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of the company’s software systems and infrastructure. This includes implementing and maintaining monitoring systems, automating operational tasks, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, and collaborating with development teams to improve system design and stability. You will also contribute to the development of proactive strategies to prevent outages and optimize system performance, while working to build and maintain mature operational processes for the future.
