Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering
- Solid technical background and experience in plants Turn-Key installation and commissioning of energy technology solutions for Oil & Gas/decarbonization
- Proficient with P6 and/or MS Project planning tools
- Self-motivated leader, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Willing to travel where Projects are located and for meetings/training at Baker Hughes site locations
Responsibilities
- Turn-Key project offering phase and, in case of project award, supporting in the execution phase
- Turn-Key installation and commissioning planning, as well as installation costs definition and optimization
- Leading the execution of the Project for both Customer and internal organization
- Identifying potential risk factors, which may impact the schedule and/or project financial targets
