The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specifically in Industrial, Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, and have at least two years of experience in construction or supervision of photovoltaic (PV), wind, or battery energy storage system (BESS) projects with a capacity of over 10 MW. Furthermore, a solid understanding of the renewable energy sector, including FV, Eólico, and BESS, is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project.
As a Site Manager, the individual will be responsible for reviewing engineering designs from EPC contractors, participating in project progress meetings across all phases, overseeing construction progress, verifying contractual milestones, preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, conducting meetings with network operators, supervising necessary permits for grid connection, and performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) of components. They will also be expected to travel to construction sites and potentially work with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
