Requirements

  • Work experience in shipping and receiving
  • Experience with inventory control and stocking
  • Experience with quality inspections
  • Ability to operate office and warehouse equipment (computer, printer, fax machine, copier, calculator, telephone systems)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Materion operating systems (SAP, SUGAR)
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication
  • Ability to sit, use hands, talk, hear, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Close vision
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment or utility area
  • Ability to travel to Materion sites up to 6 times per year

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of Customer shield and services at Customer manufacturing site
  • Work at Customer site as a Materion representative to provide order and logistics support related to the management of all shielding parts
  • Develop, in liaison with Customer, a flexible inventory system
  • Build and maintain a strong professional working relationship with the Customer
  • Assist in determining shielding needs with the engineering team
  • Assist in maintaining high turnover and quick cycle times for all shield cleaning
  • Assign Service Notification (SN) Numbers for all shielding for cleaning and reclamation Services
  • Provide and maintain a weekly inventory report of all shielding
  • Notify customer buyer when additional spare parts are needed
  • Coordinate same day shipping and receiving of all shielding
  • Stock all clean shielding in appropriate areas
  • Provide a daily report outlining the shielding shipments from Seagate
  • Provide reviews and written reports of the on-site cleaning program
