Requirements

Work experience in shipping and receiving
Experience with inventory control and stocking
Experience with quality inspections
Ability to operate office and warehouse equipment (computer, printer, fax machine, copier, calculator, telephone systems)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Materion operating systems (SAP, SUGAR)
Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication
Ability to sit, use hands, talk, hear, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
Close vision
Ability to work in a clean room environment or utility area
Ability to travel to Materion sites up to 6 times per year

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of Customer shield and services at Customer manufacturing site
Work at Customer site as a Materion representative to provide order and logistics support related to the management of all shielding parts
Develop, in liaison with Customer, a flexible inventory system
Build and maintain a strong professional working relationship with the Customer
Assist in determining shielding needs with the engineering team
Assist in maintaining high turnover and quick cycle times for all shield cleaning
Assign Service Notification (SN) Numbers for all shielding for cleaning and reclamation Services
Provide and maintain a weekly inventory report of all shielding
Notify customer buyer when additional spare parts are needed
Coordinate same day shipping and receiving of all shielding
Stock all clean shielding in appropriate areas
Provide a daily report outlining the shielding shipments from Seagate
Provide reviews and written reports of the on-site cleaning program
