Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, end user support, or related roles
  • Proven experience in managing onsite IT teams and supporting business-critical environments
  • Strong knowledge of mobility solutions, device management, and ITIL processes
  • Experience in project management and business relationship management is highly desirable
  • 10%-20% travel as per business requirements
  • ITIL Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for all Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) matters at the site and ensure alignment of IT services with business needs and priorities
  • Lead the onsite IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper asset management
  • Oversee support for laptops, desktops, mobile, and peripheral devices
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute IT deployments (hardware, software, network upgrades, etc.)
  • Coordinate site readiness, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication for projects
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating IT initiatives, changes, and impacts
