Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Incentive Execution: Assist in implementing sales incentive programs across your region, ensuring timely and accurate payouts for all participants
  • Quota & Plan Support: Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support quota setting and incentive plan alignment with regional business objectives
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a liaison between global program leadership and regional stakeholders, ensuring local needs are considered in program design
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor incentive performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve plan effectiveness
  • Process Documentation: Maintain regional documentation of incentive policies, procedures, and communications in alignment with global standards
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve regional inquiries related to incentive plans, partnering with HR and Legal as needed
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline regional processes, reduce risk, and enhance participant experience
