Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent background
7+ years of experience as Software Engineer and/or Technical Analyst
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL
Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with relational databases: data modeling, data manipulation, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
Automation of build, test and deployment processes
Familiarity with scalable, secure and maintainable architectures
Good knowledge of English both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to respond to service requests
Interact with a global team spread across the world
Work on supporting the customer by customizing and setting up the product
Maintain or enhance the interfaces that integrate the product with the customer sub-systems
Perform incident resolutions, root cause analysis, system restore operation
Analyze interfacing requirements
