Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing showroom team
Set industry standards for customer experience and sales through follow-up and outreach
Implement performance management strategies, set expectations, provide coaching/feedback, and conduct evaluations
Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers
Provide high-touch, personalized experiences to consumer and Trade customers across multiple channels
Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging customers and recommending custom rugs
Coach sales team on revenue-driving and loyalty strategies
Grow Trade business through outreach, networking, pre/post-order support
Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
Surprise and delight customers to create memorable experiences
Warmly welcome and assist customers with rug options and design guidance
Cultivate a positive, inviting showroom atmosphere
Contribute to recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
