Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing showroom team
Set industry standards for customer experience and sales through follow-up and outreach
Implement performance management strategies, set expectations, provide coaching/feedback, and conduct evaluations
Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers
Provide high-touch, personalized experiences to consumer and Trade customers across multiple channels
Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging customers, understanding needs, and recommending rugs
Coach sales team on strategies for revenue and customer loyalty
Grow Trade business through outreach, networking, pre/post-order support
Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
Surprise and delight customers, exceeding expectations and creating memorable experiences
Warmly welcome and assist customers with expert guidance on rugs and design
Cultivate a positive, inviting showroom atmosphere
Contribute to recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
